Community-Led Approaches: Measuring What Matters

This webinar introduces a compassionate, community-led approach to evaluation that centres dignity, lived and living experience, workforce sustainability, and the freedom to choose one’s own pathway. Participants will explore how evaluation can move beyond compliance to strengthen trust, support return to care, and reflect what people who use services actually experience.
