All People, All Pathways™ Comfort Agreement
Let’s work together to ensure that All People, All Pathways ™ continues to foster a safe, and inclusive environment for all, by following the below guidelines:
- Respect confidentiality at all times.
- We always offer one another mutual respect, which means we respect diversity and inclusivity, at all times.
- Avoid judgement and impulses to “fix" others or situations.
- No Recording - Video, Audio or Screen Shots.
- Chat Box is an option to communicate with the facilitator for support, and to communicate with the group – please ensure that this communication remains respectful.
- While someone is talking, we ask that you stay muted so that we can give the speaker 100% of our undivided attention. Please wait to get called on to speak.
- Only share what you are comfortable with. Be mindful to use low impact sharing to keep yourself and others safe from traumatizing content.
- If your share goes over the allotted time, one of the facilitators will politely let you know it’s time to move on.
- If a code of conduct has been disrupted, the meeting facilitator may:
- Send a private message via the chat box
- Place the participant in the waiting room
- Remove the participant from that meeting
*The facilitator will then report back to the APAP manager to begin a process of review by which can include any of the following actions based on the severity of the situation:
-
- A formal warning
- Suspension from meetings
- If you would like to report a complaint, please contact info@capsa.ca
- We appreciate if everyone follows the APAP ™ Comfort Agreement.
