Brianne Peters

For two decades, Brianne has worked locally and internationally leading, teaching, designing, and evaluating policies and programs through co-leadership with people with lived and living expertise. Informed by her own lived experience of a substance use disorder, she works to bridge the bridge the gap between academia, community-based organizations, private funders, and the federal government. Her peer reviewed and practical publications focus on community-driven and strengths-based approaches to dismantling structural stigma in all its forms.
