What is the Community Partner Expo?
The WOW Festival has consistently demonstrated the powerful impact of coordinated healthcare across substance use, mental, and physical health services. By bringing diverse organizations together, WOW breaks down silos and highlights the potential of an integrated, stigma-free healthcare system.
In a healthcare system fragmented by silos and barriers like stigma, Canadians, policymakers, and healthcare providers often struggle to envision a unified approach to care. However, over the past decade, WOW has successfully modelled what is possible. With WOW 2025, we will not only sustain this momentum but also inspire a broader shift towards inclusive, accessible healthcare systems across the province.
How to host a booth at wow
As a Community Partner Expo exhibitor, your organization will receive:
- A booth with two chairs in our open-layout Expo area,
- Access to over 2,000 attendees,
- Entry to the full Expo and Student Poster session (Substance Use Health Symposium ticket not included),
- Complimentary lunch for two,
- Promotional recognition,
- A customizable social media toolkit.
Held at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre, this year’s Expo features an integrated layout to foster engagement and collaboration, student research posters aligned with our theme From Research to Action, and the chance to connect with a growing network of over 100 organizations dedicated to health equity.
