The WOW Festival is free and open to the public, register here to attend.
If you wish to host a booth at the WOW Festival, there is a cost associated with the table space as a Community Partner. Please click here to register.
The WOW Festival will be held on the grounds of the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre on Friday, September 12, 2025.
The WOW Festival will have coverage by large tents providing protection from the elements for exhibitors.
You can register to volunteer at the WOW Festival and help us facilitate this event for the Working on Wellness Community.
Volunteers opportunities include: greeting and assisting Community Partners, directing and helping attendees, event set up and tear down among other things.
Free lunch is included!
Pay parking is at the main entrance of the Royal, lower visitors parking lot and along the ring road that circles the campus at 1145 Carling Avenue.
The daily parking rate is $3.30 for a half hour with a maximum daily rate of $13.50.

WOW brings together a vibrant mix of attendees and partners, including community organizations, peer support groups, non-profits, healthcare providers, academic institutions, researchers, policymakers, students, and members of the general public.
It’s a truly collaborative space where people from all walks of life come together to connect, share, and build a more inclusive and integrated healthcare system.

The WOW Festival on September 12th, is a high-energy, community-driven event that celebrates what an inclusive, integrated healthcare system can look like. You can expect engaging speakers, interactive panel discussions, a vibrant Community Partner Expo with over 200 organizations, and opportunities to learn about services across mental, physical, and substance use health. This year also features a student-led poster session highlighting cutting-edge health research made for the community.
Whether you're looking to connect with supports, spark new collaborations, or simply be inspired, WOW is a powerful day of learning, action, and connection—for everyone.
The set up time for Community Partners is from 9:00 a.m. through 10:45 a.m.
The WOW Festival starts at 11:00 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m.
Community Partners may bring merchandise to give away for free to WOW Festival attendees.
Community Partners are not allowed to fundraise nor collect donations at the WOW Festival.
Merchandise, pamphlets, infographics, and/or a slideshow can be brought to your registered booth.
