CAPSA is a national organization of subject matter experts, researchers and educators dedicated to changing approaches to Substance Use Health through training, education and consulting. By providing a wide range of services aimed to eliminate stigma imbedded in all societal systems, we provide individuals and organizations with the knowledge and tools to become agents of change and increase the health outcomes of the 78% of people 15+ years of age living in Canada who use substances. CAPSA endeavors to engage organizations to enhance the overall health of communities across the country regarding their Substance Use Health.

Our interactive and engaging sessions foster environments where solutions are proposed to eliminate stigma within organizations and facilitate lifelong learning. Consulting
