Shannon Jackson joined CAPSA in February 2022. She brings over 20 years’ experience of working with the public and a smile to her seat behind the front desk of the organization. As a person with lived experience Shannon sees her spot at CAPSA as an integral part of her mission to make the world a better place to live in.
