This one-hour session provides participants with an introduction to stigma and its harmful effect on people’s Substance Use Health. Attendees will gain an awareness of the issue and have an opportunity to participate in a Q&A discussion. This session is an informative introduction to stigma and provides a solid foundation of learning for participants who want to deepen their understanding and engage in our other skills-based trainings: “Stigma Ends With Me - The Foundations”, “Stigma Ends With Me - Deepening the Practice” and our full suite of e-learning modules.
